The bumper of the FH16 Series models features a three-stage design. This design not only enhances the warning effect of the vehicle, but also makes the vehicle look more exciting.
The bumper design of the FH16 Series is not just about looks, but also about aerodynamic performance. The front bumper of the cab is extended outwards by approximately 24 cm, creating a small bulge design. At the same time, new air-optimising components have been added to the side skirts on both sides of the cab, further improving the vehicle's aerodynamic performance and reducing the wind resistance coefficient. This reduces fuel consumption.
The centre section of the bumper is fitted with the front outriggers of a truck-mounted crane and is wrapped in a patterned sheet steel shell. It looks quite distinctive from a distance.
