Light box design
One of the most distinctive features of Volvo trucks is the light box on the roof. The 2025 FH light box features a flatter font, which lends the design a more energetic and youthful appearance.
Grille Design
The front panel design of the Volvo FH Aero series models has undergone significant revisions. The lower half of the front face features a distinctive straight waterfall-shaped air intake grille, which sets it apart from the regular version of the FH model. The lower end of the front face has been extended forward by 24 cm, creating a wedge-like geometric structure and lowering the visual centre of gravity of the vehicle.
Headlight design
The Volvo FH Aero retains the distinctive V-shaped headlights, utilising full LED light sources to ensure optimal lighting performance and offering optional adaptive high and low beam functions. The bumper is designed to protrude slightly from the body in order to optimise the airflow.
Aerodynamic design
The lower end of the FH Aero's front panel has been extended forward by 24 cm, creating a wedge-like geometric structure. The front face has been redesigned as a semi-closed structure, with the main air intake relocated to the lower half of the front face. This modification serves to reduce the visual centre of gravity of the vehicle. This design helps to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency.
